MOSS is NOT a Concentrator

Concentrators MOSS
Limited flow of oxygen Uninterrupted quality oxygen generation with constant 4-6 bar pressure.
Purity of oxygen drops after continuous use- keeps declining while in use- not dependable an run 24x7 maintaining the desired purity level of >90%
Suitable for domestic use only Eminently suitable for critical medical solutions in ICU , Ventilators, OT and anaesthesia stations
Maximum shelf life of Concentrators 2 – 3 years Maximum shelf life of Concentrators 2 – 3 years Sturdy, long life (10-15 years) and dependable.

Technology in use

How about producing oxygen from atmospheric air?

Air is free, and it is the only raw material needed for a MOSS

MOSS uses PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, which is very mature, well established and time tested. Compressed air is released into an adsorption bed, where zeolite molecular sieves selectively adsorb nitrogen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc. The air flow is alternatively regulated to generate a continuous flow of medical grade oxygen.

Detailed process (please provide a link and put the following material)

Oil free Air Compressor
It pulls ambient air from the immediate surroundings.
Refrigeration Dryer
These remove water vapour from the compressed air.
Air Filter
The multistage filtration system removes dust, oil, suspended particles, etc. to ensure non-contamination
Inlet Air Monitoring System
It eradicates molecular sieve contamination and
PSA System
It separates Nitrogen, Carbon dioxide and Carbon Monoxide from Oxygen and Argon (inert gas).
Storage Tank
It stores medical grade oxygen at the required pressure and is used to supply oxygen to individual or multi-node patient beds.
Oxygen Analyzer
It monitors the flow and quality of oxygen at the point of delivery.

Why MOSS ?

(MOSS machines operate on single phase 220 volt electricity and can also run with inverters)

(PSA is a time tested technology. With near zero operating cost, the return on investment can range from a few months to a maximum of 2 years)

(Constantly maintains >90% purity and 4-6 bar pressure making it eminently suitable for any critical applications in ICU, OT , anaesthesia etc)

(MOSS works on a fail-safe technology critical to medical establishments. It generates Oxygen with individually working modular units, which eliminates the risk of whole system failure as compared to all-in-one type Oxygen generators, where fault in one functional unit brings down the whole plant / generator)

(Traditional PSA Generators use Screw Compressor Technology and use Oil as lubrication for the machine. Over time this leads to oil traces leaking into the medical oxygen supply. MOSS generates oxygen from atmospheric air and due to its unique modular design there is 0% chance of oil traces in the supplied oxygen.)

(The machine has a life span of at least 10-15 years. ROI ranges from just a few months to a maximum of 2 years)

(MOSS is genuinely a Plug and Play Machine. Once turned on, it begins to generate medical grade oxygen in as low as 3 minutes. Traditional PSA Generators have an average start time of 45 minutes.)

(The Modular Design makes it light weight, portable and mobile. The most popular G-90 variety, which provides 90 LPM medical grade oxygen, can easily cater to 10 ventilators and it weighs only 420kgs. A few of our MOSS can be seen hanging on the walls. In contrast, traditional PSA generators, on an average, weigh 1.5 tons and once installed they cannot be moved.)

(One of the most recent medical issues that is threatening our healthcare system is the emergence of Black/White/ Yellow fungus in patients. The primary reasons for fungal growth is re-use of oxygen cylinders, which leads to aggravated medical hygiene issues. Since MOSS machines are essentially plants by themselves, use of cylinders are minimised, which leads to a more sterile environment where patients can be treated.)

(MOSS is a completely non-hazardous and safe product. It also protects you from supply shortages and associated losses on account of irregular supplies to operation theatres and emergency rooms.)
